We are new members and will be staying in a 1 BR for our first trip. I don't think my boys will be comfortable sleeping on the pullout (so far from Mom and Dad!) until they are a little older. Is there room in the bedroom for an air mattress? Has anyone ever done this? Has it worked for you?

We use an aero bed on most trips. Depending upon where you are staying there is more room to make it easier. For example at OKW you'd be able to put a few king size aero beds back to back and not have a problem. At the BCV (We own there so relax fellow BCV owners) you could squeeze a twin size into the 1BR someplace. You'll find room but it may be more comfortable in the kitchen living room area instead of the master bedroom.

We have used airbeds in the MB at OKW and there was plenty of room between the king bed and the window (outside)wall. They are single ones. Don't know how it would work with other resorts and what size mattress you had in mind. Depending on the resort and size of the air bed you might be able to put one in by the jacuzzi also or one at the side of the bed and the other at the foot.

at BWV and BCV we have put the twin aero bed between
the bed and the sliding door and you could put a twin one between
the bed and the 1/2wall by the bathroom.
There's no place that I can think of for one larger than a twin
in the bedroom itself at BCV or BWV.
Good luck :)

Thanks! A twin should be fine. They both sleep in the same twin bed at home. We will give it a try!
