Air + Hotel Deals on Ebay?

I've seen some deals on EBay that look way too good to be true, but with my budget, Im willing to take a pluge Here is an example .

Has anyone bought one of these? Or know someone who does? Thanks for the anticipated help!

I would not risk it because the seller has very little feedback and does have one negative. Also, a lot of the feedback looks like it was given when the person got the vouchers (or whatever) BEFORE taking the trip. (Since the feedback was shortly after the purchase and the "fine print" says you have to make arrangements ahead of the trip).
There are also a lot of unclear details, like just how many days of tickets do you get, what happens if the airport changes (since it says that can happen), etc....

I emailed the seller and he gave me a FAQ. The only catch is in addition to the bid price, you have to pay $20 fee to travel agency and $282 per person fee for taxes, tariffs, etc. So in the end, it its a $300 trip, which is still cheap, but not the kind of steal I thought it was.
