Does anyone know if you clear customs on AC flights out of Pearson T2 ,locally or at MCO ?

You will pre-clear US Customs in T2 and once you clear customs you will be in US territory within the terminal. The same is true for T1 where ACA also flys out of. When you fly back you will clear Canadian Customs in Pearson.

Thanks guys !
My last few flights have been via T3 and I knew that US Customs was cleared locally....but,I was;nt sure about T1 or T2.
Thanks

Just to clarify, after you clear US customs @ Pearson, you are still in Canadian territory and Canadian laws apply. USA laws do not apply. They had problems a few years ago with US Customs trying to apply USA law @ Pearson. This is why you'll now see Canadian police officers stationed by the US customs officers at the airport. They are there to protect Canadians.
