Just checked the weather forecast, IDA is on track to move to the west of Florida by Tuesday afternoon. Generally once the hurricane moves by it takes all the rain and humidity with it. Let's be optimistic, it's shaping up to be a great weekend.

Getting packed and ready to leave tomorrow morning. OMG, my FE gifts took up a WHOLE suitcase. Thank goodness SW allows two bags for free.

I know the weather is going to cooperate. This time tomorrow night I'll be chillin' at SSR and getting ready to chow down at the F&W Festival on Sunday.

Wishing everyone smooth, safe travel!!!!

We leave very early Sunday morning and plan to spend two days on the gulf coast. The hotel has an indoor pool which would be nice if it does indeed rain. Got hot chocolate packed for a cozy evening on the beach with DH. Rain, rain go away!!!

Safe journeys! Can't wait to set sail!! Haven't gotten out the suitcases and we leave at 5am. Gonna be two allnighters in a row!

3 more days! I"m bouncing off the walls excited now!
I will be all finished packing tonight. THen I will have nothing to do but sit and stare at the calendar and the clock.....

Well, kids, I made it! After a long day of flying (darn missing out on booking the direct flight!) I finally made it to SSR about 8:30 last night. Headed over to DTD and ate dinner at Raglan Road. Yummy!!! Nothing list Irish ham, Strogbow, and Irish music/dancers. Got back to the room about 11:30 and had to track down my luggage. Both suitcases finally showed up at about 12:30 this morning.

Slept in and now I need to get going and head over to Epcot for the final day of F&W goodness.

Safe travels to everyone. Heard from Lynn and she has arrived at her mom's in Jacksonville. Can't wait to meet everyone. The weather is absolutely gorgeous here.

Just got my FE gifts completed last night, or more accurately, this morning around 1 am. Two days of work to get through.

Hope that everyone that has left already has a safe trip down to FL. We are dying to leave and almost thought it wasn't going to happen. DD got sick over the weekend...took her to the doctor today and now I have to go pick up some medicine. Turns out she ended up with Strep Throat for her birthday. What a wonderful present huh?! Can't go to school so once we get her medicine I am going to get her a Happy Meal and let her watch a movie.

I wish we were there already, a bit concerned about a delay in flight for wed evening, although it is looking ok.... bet a bit bumpy. Wish I were able to fly in sooner. One thing with strep, 24 hours of antibiotics and it is like they never were sick. Great to be counting the hours, rather than the days. About 95% packed here....

Just gave her the first dose so hopefully it works quickly. I still need to iron some stuff and put it all in the garment bag. Oh and pack the shoes. Lots to do still but eager to go...can't wait for Wednesday!

Sounds like we got lucky again!!!!! This was posted in the cruise forum this morning...

Just got off the wonder yesterday and as we went to breakfast at Triton's there were TONS of carts being brought onboard with decorations and were positioned all around the atrium on decks 3,4, &5, as well as more for Tritons and Parrot cay sitting in the walkway next to Tritons by the side entrance. A tree was already set up when we exited Tritons, and our servers told us they would all be up by 12 when the next group set sail (came on board).

Wow, that's amazing, christmas decorations already! It will be cool to see them. We have 1 more day of work to get through, so jealous of those who have left already! Safe travels to you all!

Oh my husband is going to be so excited. He is a huge Christmas fan...might just save this bit of info as a surprise for him. If I don't he will want to listen to Christmas music the whole way to Port Canaveral. LOL
