I love the way Disney is including everyone's memories in their advertising. The person who came up with the idea is a very smart person; they make all the guests feel warm and fuzzy and the save MILLIONS on paying actors......... I'm going to post the links to the other two they chose.

Congratulations to Amanda and Matt! I know that you are just like me....excited and in disbelief that your baby is old enough to get married.

I was super glad to hear that they chose more of your pictures for the 2011 theme. You need to go back and change the last link though. It's the same one as the second link. I wanna go look! I couldn't believe it when I got the emails saying that they had chosen all of mine.

I am excited about shopping for dresses and planning the wedding. I know I won't be excited when the actual day gets here . I'm gonna have to find some water proof makeup for sure....... We are going out to eat tonight before her appointment to try on dresses. I told her we should probably go AFTER........

P.S. are you and Dale going to try and make it to Cruisin' the Coast OR are you working that weekend...Dayne is hoping to have his car ready (all he has left is waiting for his "H" pipe and mufflers to come in this week ) he plans to drive it over and of course we are taking our car (next year, if I get it painted Danny said he was putting it in a show ...I think it's funny cause to me it's just a mustang, nothing special)...

You will be fine and so excited for her...you just need to be sure to buy alot of calgon and candles....tell everyone you are going to relax and let it out there...I remember my Dad made me cry in the limo before it started and I did not wear waterproof (what a mess). I think my mom took a valium cause she did great until I left that night

I cry so easy; I know I'll be a mess when it comes time for Gwendolyn...so, you will have to keep a list of what products you use

Home from trying on dresses and boy are we tired. It took so long because the consultant, Kelly, was helping Amanda and another girl. I know these girls work on commission, but one of the several other ladies working could have offered to help Kelly out.

So without further ado here are some of the pictures with the final choice last.

This was the first dress she tried, I didn't care for it too much

Next was this. It was one of the finalist.....lol.

I liked this dress, but she didn't. The jacket did not come with the dress, but we tried it to see if she liked it better. You can see the other Mom running around in the background......

And the winner is-----------

That's Kelly in the background. She was really nice and patient with Amanda and Courtney(the other bride). If I were Courtney's mom I would be in a cold panic at this point in time because she is getting married in 8 weeks and they had to order her dress and it will take 6 weeks to come in .

The jacket she got is a 3/4 length sleeve because she didn't really like the long sleeve and the short sleeve did not have the collar. The dress had to be ordered because the actual dress she ordered was the one of her with the jacket. It is slightly different from the one without the jacket as it has a chapel length train and the other dress has a brush train. They also did not have the color she wanted; she wanted a white band on a white dress. She really liked the ball gowns and so do I. They remind me of Belle.

She tried on several more dresses, but she did not want me to get pictures since she didn't like the dresses.

We had a good time, but it was very tiring.

Of course we ate Mexican before we went.......... We had a really good time and it was nice to be out doing girl stuff. One of the ladies working at David's Bridal commented on how well Amanda and I were getting along. She said she had seen mothers and daughters get in huge fights during the dress fittings . It did take a long time though, we were there over 3 hours.

I'm off on Oct 3rd, but that is mine and Dale's anniversary so we probably won't go over then. I will let you know if we change our minds though and maybe we can meet up.

WOW!!!! She looks AMAZING!!!!!! We have a girl here who is our floater at the bank, and she's getting married next year, so we've all been in full bridal mode and such. LOL it is tiring, but it's fun. I'm glad you guys had a good day, and you found a dress!!! She's gonna be soooooo georgous!!!

I love love love the dress Amanda chose. It's so pretty and she looks so happy in it. We haven't gone dress shopping yet. Lacey wants to wait and see what they come out with this Spring.

Love the dress!!! We went to David's bridal and my consultant kept disapperaing, turns out she had me and another bride on one side of the store and another bride on the opposite side of the store, how random is that , and what a headache it was for all involved. We had so much fun dress shopping though, as i sure ya'll did as well... can't wait to read more about the wedding details and your trip!!
