First off, glad to hear that Montazuma's Revenge passed rather quickly. Nobody wants to be sick on vacation.

I, too, enjoyed the monorail videos....southern talking and all.

You know how I feel about riding Soarin' from the first row. I always close my eyes on the way up and then when we soar over the top of the cliffs.

You know I've never tried fried pickles. When we went to Canton, Texas over the Labor Day holiday, we kept saying we were going to get some but never did.

fun update Dana! thank you for sharing the monorail videos, the first really put Ashton and I in a happy place for the evening...he loved seeing the Mickey busses and I loved the sky writing!!!

Great update Dana! Deep fried dill pickles.....I think I might be in heaven! We have a Hooters here, so when we get home, I'm gonna go and see if they have those pickles on the menu here.....they sound delicious!

Thanks Queen . I hope they have the pickles on your menu; they are SOOOOOOOO GOOD. I know you had a blast in Disney. I hope you and Jasmine didn't get too hot, I know it felt like it was 900 degrees here last week and our weather is the same as Orlando's.

Hey Dana!!! I'm getting ready for my trip now!! I did online check in for the first time this morning. Should be interesting, plus now TS Matthew looks like he might mess with us for a little bit....UG!

When I left you we had headed back to the room for a nap. Dale and I slept, but Dallas did not . We got up, and after a little getting ready, we headed over to MK. It was about 5:30 and we were planning on a late night since MK was having EMH. We were getting off the monorail and it started raining . It wasn't bad mind you, just a sprinkle, so we headed on into the park.

You can see from the pictures that Disney was all ready for Halloween, and it was pretty busy at the MK on this night.


As we walked down Main Street, it started RAINING, not sprinkling, RAINING. We wanted some ice cream so we went into the Plaza Ice Cream shop and we all got a cone. We stood outside, under the awning and ate our cones. The rain let up some so we headed to Dallas' favorite---------The Laugh Floor. We do like the cool A/C attractions . We got in and got our seats and Dallas was chosen as the guy to buy everyone a churro....... He loves being chosen for stuff like that. The show was really funny this time around.

After TLF we headed to TTA and there was a line to ride it . In all the years I have been going to Disney, I have never encounter a line at the TTA. I love this ride, it is soooooo relaxing and it is SO Walt. I was very happy to hear them page Mr. Tom Morrow again . When we got off our Blue Line Express vehicle we walked over to Mickey's Toontown Fair.

One of Amanda's good friends is in the college program at Disney and she works in TT. I had to get a few more pix before we walked on.......

Well, I searched for Tracy and could not find her so we decided to catch the train over to Frontierland and get a FP for BTM. I tried to get some pictures while we were on the train, but it was jam packed with people and I didn't want to be rude. I did get a few....

When we got off the train we walked toward BTM and saw that FP return time was more than 2 hours away and after the rain it had gotten HOT HOT HOT. We were very tired and decided we would just head back to the room, order pizza, and get ready to head home on Monday.

We enjoyed our brief trip and was SOOOO very happy with our new van on our trip. All Star Sports was an OK resort, I would stay there again. We are looking forward to our December trip now.

I have been meaning to post this bit of information.

Amanda and Matt have set their wedding date . They are going to get married November 19, 2011. She has already booked their honeymoon at CSR and they will be there over Thanksgiving. We are going Monday for her to try on wedding dresses and look at bridesmaid dresses. Matt's Mom asked Amanda what I wanted for the wedding............. I told Amanda it wasn't my decision because I wasn't the one getting married.

I can't believe my baby girl is getting married .

Don't you love Disney all decorated for fall? So pretty!

I do . I can't wait to get down there and see it all decorated for Christmas. I'm trying to get up the nerve to drive me and Dallas down for a long weekend. I have a co-worker who just drove all the way to Missouri by herself .So what is a short 8 hour drive ??

Thanks . I'm excited for her and Matt. I knew she was smart, but she proved she was my child by her choice of honeymoon destinations........

Her appointment is at 6:30 tomorrow evening at David's Bridal so we shall see how it goes. She has picked out a few dresses and thank goodness the most expensive is only $500.

Thanks Christie . They were originally going to get married May of 2012, but they decided to move it up by 6 months. I told her that was fine; 6 months wasn't really going to be that much of a difference. I can remember shopping for a wedding dress with my mom; it is one of my fondest memories .

Thank you Leanne . You will definitely have to let me know how crowded it is. She is going to make her ADR's at 180 for sure....... I'm gonna take my camera with me tomorrow night so she can see what she looks like in the dress. I think a picture is much better than just the mirror.
