Just got off the phone with Disney; I went ahead and added Friday night to our reservation. I hated not knowing exactly where we would be staying and this way we can just check in at one hotel. If Dale gets off work late then we will drive down anyway. I will drive if he gets tired. I was going to drive the first leg of the trip, but if it gets late at night I don't think the traffic will be too bad right??? Right?????

Nope, never stayed at POP. Says we are staying there in my ticker but we switched to CSR. Wed is Cayley's bday Hmmm Disney food...Yay for adding the hotel fri night. It will be nice to have that as an option.

OK it is time to post plans for the upcoming trip

Friday---Dale is going to work part of the day , but he is going to try and get home as early as possible. I will have everything packed in the van and have our lunch made, with ice chest packed. After Dale gets a shower we will be on our way . If he gets home early I will drive the first part of the trip; if he gets home late I will take over later. I did online check-in last week, but I went in and did it again since I added Friday. I put that we would be a late arrival, but I'm hoping not too late . We will likely order pizza in the room and get to bed pretty soon after we get there.

Saturday--It is morning EMH at DHS so I hope we can be up and over there by 8am for rope drop. We are going to head straight to TSM, get FPs and then get in the standby line. Then the plan is to head to Star Tours because it will be closed when we go back in December. Depending on times we will try and see LMA, Dallas loves this show. We will fit our second run on TSM in and then, at some point, we will decide what we will do about lunch. There are not really a LOT of must dos at DHS so after we hit our list we will head out of the park. We plan on going over to AK for the evening and ride PW and Dinosaur. If it isn't too hot or raining we will do the Safari. Dale will not ride rides by himself so EE is out . When AK closes we will head back to the resort and try out the pool, weather permitting. We, or should I say Dale, will want to be back in the room by 7pm as Alabama kicks off football season against San Jose State. I don't think that Bama will have a problem with this game so it isn't a MUST see for me.

Sunday--We will head over to Epcot today and hit Soarin', TT, SSE, Ellen's, and I might ride MS. We have an ADR at WCC at 2:20 so we will leave and head to WL. After we eat we are going back to the room for a nap because there are evening EMH at MK. Of course the main thing I want to see is MSEP. I LOVE that parade. We will then hit BTM, HM, Buzz, PoTC, maybe, just maybe, SM . There is actually an 8:30 showing of Fantasmic this night, so we may go see that before we head into the MK.

Monday--I plan to sleep in some, I told Dale we do not have to be up before dawn to drive home. He likes to hit the road about 4am, but I want to sleep late since the MK is open til 1am.

We want to take breakfast foods so we don't take up too much time in the mornings going for food.

I think I remember you posting about your change of resorts . My memory isn't the best these days . September babies are the sweetest.......but, shhhhhhhh don't tell Amanda and Tyler that.........hehehe. I was glad I got to add the night at the discounted rate. I was worried that I wouldn't get the AP rate since that promo has expired. I didn't want to have to get up super early and check out of one hotel and get over to Sports and try to make it to DHS for EMH; all by 8am.

Those are just my plans Julia, Dale and Dallas will most likely change them up some . I had to sneak the trip in on Dale . I booked back in June and he didn't put the dates together until a few weeks later. I told him that he could go back to the room and Dallas and I could just ride Disney transportation if we wanted to stay in the parks.

If you go LA how long will you be out there? I hope you get to go so you can sneak over to DL. I have a good friend that lives in LA, and they rarely go to DL . I want to see lots of pictures if you go so we can decide which is better .

I've been to both....DL too, and DL doesn't compare. It's LOTS smaller, not so spread out....parking sucks. lots of the same stuff, some different, I wish they could bring some of the cooler rides to florida, like matterhorn, and alice in wonderland, and roger rabbit car toon spin...that one was fun!!
