OMG...I am SO freaked out right now! Last week, the front door opened, seemingly by itself. Today I watched a scary movie and then the only 2 toys out here in the living room with batteries in them have decided to go haywire! My heart was punding SO fast as I took all of the batteries out! I keep waiting for something to like jump out at me!

I get totally freaked out and can't really watch scary movies anymore. I start imagining all kinds of things. When my husband is out of town, I have to be really careful what I watch. Stay away from the scary movies!

i'm so sorry, OP, i know how you feel! i know a lot of people think it's stupid, but i grew up in a VERY haunted house. i heard footsteps one night that were so loud, i kept waiting for a figure to appear in my bedroom doorway-i've never been so scared in my life, before or since!
DD (who is now 13) had a toddler toy that used to play by itself. we were living in the house i grew up in, and building our dream house at the time. DD would be in bed, DH and i, or just i, would be watching tv, and the stupid toy would just start beeping and flashing all by itself!

You poor thing! When something like that happens to me, I watch something totally silly to get my mind off of what scared me. I, too, recommend staying away from the scary movies. Good luck!

We've had similar things happening around here these past 2 weeks. A door opened, a glass fell off the counter(not anywhere near an edge prior?) And we heard knocking one night. 3 of us heard it. Creepy!!!

But I'm thinking it's probably the weather changes just making my house act weird well that's what I'm going to keep thinking to keep from freaking out.
