When we booked our vacation through Disney in April we booked our flights as well. We were scheduled to leave BWI to MCO nonstop on Dec 1 using Airtran. We received our tickets in the mail about a week later.
I checked my reservation a week ago and our flight changed to a different time and had a connection in Atlanta. They didn't even call to tell us!!! So I called Disney and they said the flight had changed. Oh..thanks Disney or Airtran for letting us know...
Anyways, Disney said they would be sending us new tickets for the new flight. That was over a week ago and they haven't arrived. Should I call Disney again to ask if they will be sending us new tickets? Should I call Airtran? Are we really suppose to use new tickets, or just use the old ones? I'm so piffed right now I could scream!!!
Anyone have this happen to them before, and what did you do? How did you handle it? Please let me know....AHHH!!!
