We fly out tomorrow - drove 2 hours to the airport today in the snow, kids are asleep (and have NO idea what we're doing here much less where we're going tomorrow!), bags perfectly packed, we have it all...except our DVC member cards! We left them on the desk. We need to purchase our AP's and I'm trying to figure out how we can prove that we're DVC members (to get the discount) without having to trek all the way over to SSR to get new ones printed. We also have dining reservations in the park tomorrow 4 hours after we land - and it will go from "ahhhhh" to "AHHHHHHHH!" if we have to check in and run over to SSR and back before dinner. Anyone have a solution! Forever grateful.

When you check-in your KTTW card should have DVC member imprinted on it. They might accept that. The other way is to get online and purchase the APs there and arrange for window pick-up.

Thank you JimC! I just printed our membership contract as well...so between the DVC AP voucher (we purchased online), the KTTW, and our membership contract we'll cross our fingers and hope for the best.

You will likely need your DVC membership card to purchase or renew APs. Since the "DVC Member" designation is available to guests (and renters), I don't think they will accept that as proof of membership for the APs. I think you will need to head to SSR to get a replacement card. They may accept a copy of your contract, but be prepared to provide the membership card too. They will usually require proof of membership to activate the voucher. Be prepared - it may be better to take some time to get the temp card at SSR than to be turned away at a park.

Good luck! :)

Something similar happend to us on our trip this past January. We had just arrived at the Guest Relations window at DHS when we realized we had left our membership cards at the resort. The castmember took our ID's and called to verify over the phone that we were members and then allowed us to purchase the discounted AP's. Not sure how often that happens or if every castmember will allow you to do it. Good luck! :thumbsup2

Ditto for me at Epcot's International Gateway.

I picked up my renewal AP last night at the International Gateway. They wanted to see my DVC Card and keyed in my membership # off it. If your printout has your member #, that might work. It didn't work the first time, so she had to key it again. So the computer must verify the member # is active.
