My skin is sensitive to the stuff in acne medications. Benzyl peroxide or something like that. It gets so red and itchy...I hate it! It used to get dry and flaky in the winter but that seems to have gotten better in recent years, thank goodness!

I'm exactly the same way.
Last year I had this acne medication that had 10% Benzoyl Peroxide, so when I'd wake up in the morning my skin would be all dry and flaky :/

Is it dry skin behind them?

Are you using hot water?

Do you wash behind them? Maybe your skin is super sensitive back there and you need a different type of soap there.

That is kind of odd.

I use hot water, but no other part of my body icthes afterward! It's a complete freakshow!

That's really weird.

I have these random itch outbreaks. I think it's like contact dermatitis. All of the sudden a small area of my skin starts to itch and turn red, even if I don't itch it. It looks like streaks and blotchy...it's weird.

I hate it. If I use it then the whole area around a small zit is so red and itchy. It looks horrible! I try not to use it as much as possible. I once used the Proactiv lotion stuff from the kit and my whole face was SO RED and it itched so bad!!!

My sister has really sensitive skin. She can't go in a hot tub or take a bubble bath, or she'll have red rashes ALL over her body.

yes! i can only use certain sensitive-skin things. im allergic to EVERYTHING!!
in fifth grade, i had a rash for three months. they never did figure out what it was from. i also have exzema on my inner arms and backs of my knees.
&beneral makes me pass out haa

My skin isn't that sensitive, but in the winter is gets SUPER dry. And it's really annoying. I only use Dove soap in the winter to try and help it. And I use lotion probably 3 times a day. And it's still dry.

Mine did that too! A couple days ago, it looked like it was all gone, then the next day it looked even worse that it did before! Mine didn't spread though. And it looks like it's going away again *crosses fingers*

Yeah it does. It makes where ever you put it kinda greasy though so you might want to do it at night or when yout not going out though.

Thanks to Google, I found out something. I think I have a mild case of Keratosis Pilaris. It is genetic, because I know my mom and sister have it. It's very mild, but it does have some flare ups.

Yeah, I have really bad sensitive skin too.
I allergic reactions to most soaps I use,
we've found out I'm terribly allergic to poison ivy ( oh goodie ),
and I have bad exzema.
