I hope someone can answer this. I heard that there is an age limit for wearing princess dresses and other Disney costumes while inside the parks. Does anyone have any information on this????:confused3

I can see how allowing adults to walk around in costume can cause confusion and potentially dangerous situations, but I am wondering if there is an actual cut off age. Also, I do understand that they allow everyone to dress up for Mickey's not so scary Halloween treat, right?

Its for kids under the age of 10 that can dress up anytime in th parks, and yes I believe that anyone can dress up for micky halloween treat.

Really? Well I guess 10 is around the age when they outgrow many of the costumes and also lose interest in dressing up. My daughter is 9 and I will have to enjoy this year and next while she still wants to dress up. She is in the last size of Disney costume anyway. I will miss that part of our trips when she doesn't wear them any more.

Its true that they will have to grow out of it, but you know what dont get disappointed, when she grows out of the dresses, she can still wear her tiara and even some jewelry if she wanted to feel like a princess. I mean you can do that too just dont over to it to make people think your a main character.

I go to the park wearing skirts and a tiara, and some days I wear my own pirate bandana with my matching pirate skull tshirt and jean caprie pants. I just make sure I dont stand out like a sore thumb. Its fun that you can get dressed up as long as you dont over do it. Its like wearing an "Incredibles" shirt or mickey mouse ears... everyone wears them but you can tell the characters apart (Although the give away would be the bit furry or plastic head) but you get my point lol

It is also the age where they no longer can use a "childs" ticket. If you can use a "childs" ticket then you can "dress up" if you have to use an adult ticket then no more dressing up for you.
