Age for Magical Express

This may have been answered previously, however, I was unable to find it. If it was please forgive me.

My niece and nephew (age 15 and 14) want to ride the ME to Disney on our arrival day instead of the rental car. If I go with them to ME and stay there until they are on the bus, will they be allowed to ride without me. (They are very capable of going without me.)

My plans were to go to the Hertz and get the keys and check in for the rental. Then go with them to ME. Once they are on the bus, I would go to the car and meet them at Disney.
