Afternoon Tea @ GF

Am looking for information about the afternoon tea at the Grand Floridian. Party of 4 will be arriving 12/1 for a long weekend...do I need reservations for the tea? Is it woth the cost? Any info/opinions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Tea is awesome. We love it. It is a lot more food than you would expect, it really is a meal. Maybe not a huge-Disney-portion meal, but definitely a meal. Get an ADR. The lounge is quite small. Can't hurt to have one. enjoy!

You might be too late to get a PS--they sell out quickly. You can try to walk up, after 15 minutes anyone who has a PS and isn't there loses the PS and it's given to walk-ups.

When we went in the summer, it was packed. We had an ADR for 2pm and the lounge filled up within 15 minutes.

It was absolutely wonderful and I will definitely be going again. Enjoy!
