No because the system is 24/7 realtime. There's ALWAYS someone cancelling a FP+
Hence the refresh method...

I don’t know about Shirley, but there are almost always good fast passes available. Just keep refreshing until you find the ride you want and grab it.

Then you can refresh a few more times and move it up to a better time.

We’re a family of 5. We were there in early June and only waited in one standby line. We hit all of the headliners multiple times.
