After the parks shut?

What can we do thats free?

Im travelling alone with a 4 year old.
Not interested in drinking and eating out.

Will we miss alot, if we head back to the hotel for a movie and early night?

Are you staying near the park?

Free is the key word I guess. You can wonder around the shops but that of course may lead to buying.

With a 4 year old your best bet is to head back to the hotel and get ready to go back to the park the next day. If they still have excess energy then pool would be good idea. My 3 year old had no trouble falling asleep after a day in the park, and that was after a sleep during the day!!.

Thanks, I think that was really the answer I was hoping for.

We are staying at the Cheynee hotel.

The day we arrive at 5pm, currently debating paying for disney express so can go straight into the park and then up to the hotel around 7ish, back to the village for 8ish for the firework display!

The the next 2 nights I think I will be tired and think a early night for us both shall be best.
I didnt want to get home and someone say.... Didnt you go to ..... at night!

you're not missing anything at all by going back to your hotel once the parks close at night.

When the parks close at 7pm (well it will be a bit later if Fantillusion is on, because they start that parade in the main park at around 7.10pm if the pakr officially closes at 7pm), we go for our main meal of the day after that, so probably around 7.45. We can easily take an hour or more over that meal, then possibly a bit of window/real shopping in the Village, then back to our hotel for a bath and a relax, before going to sleep.

The only thing I'd say is, try at least once to walk through the Village and check out the shop windows - they are decorated beautifully .
