Disney After Hours is available to everyone. Not just DVC.

If you're talking Moonlight Magic, that's direct DVC only, and only on highly specific dates.

If you are referring to the ones DVC does at the Contemporary, they are considered a "Membership Extra" and requires a direct purchase or a grandfathered resale purchase (before 4/4/2016).

Anyone can purchase a ticket to either MNSSHP or MVMCP. There are discounts on select nights for AP holders and eligible DVC Members, but pricing from Undercover Tourist is even cheaper than the AP/DVC price.
