After closing?

so I recently was notified by the title company my closing on my resale Boardwalk purchase was completed. How long usually before I see the contract listed in My DVC log in?

It took me about 2 weeks before I could see it on my DVC Dashboard.

I think ours was like 10 or 11 days. At that time people were reporting that using chat was helping to get the points loaded sooner (especially if they said they were looking to book certain upcoming dates). We were not in a hurry so just waited.

We were at 10-14 days to be able to see the contract. Once I was able to see the contract on my dashboard, I waited a day or two and asked MS chat to load our points.

We are on 12 days and nothing yet. Is there anyway to quicken the process?

Ours recently took 3.5 weeks to show up after closing. Still waiting for points to show. Guessing it will be about 4 weeks total from close to points being loaded.

I think it took around 2 weeks to receive the 2 emails from member services. I called that day to book a reservation even though points weren’t showing in my account, and the nice CM loaded them before she booked my first stay.

It can take 7 to 10 days to show. But, once it has been 24 to 48 hours, call or chat with MS to see if they can do it for you!

Saw my new contract on the DVC site yesterday....no points tho....Sandisw said to call member services...i did this a.m. and they loaded my points within 5 mins....good luck to you....

For 100% of my contracts, i've had to call DVC to add the points. They have never just added them. Once i waited 4 days after the membership was created just to see what happened and still had to call. Yes, i own multiple use years, hence multiple memberships.

Without calling, you are looking at 7 to 10 days...that is what they will tell you. Now, I have always called and never waited, but people who do, will have their points during that 7 - 10 day window.

I keep looking in “my profile” then under “member information “ is that the best place?
