It was a rainy day at the park with my 6 year old nephew today and on the way out, hanging from "The Adventure Lives" on bridge was a banner stating, "Rain ruin your Day!", see Ticket Center for a free ticket.

Now the particulars: (from what I remember)
Ticket is for free admission after 4pm.
Must be used within 3 days of issuance.
Valid on Multi-day and single day tickets.
Single day tix will be issued for park of original purchase.
All members of your party must be present at time of issue.
Normal parking fees apply.

Rainy today is right! The rainy season is certainly here but enough is enough! It is great to see Universal is helping out in a situation they have no control over.

I think Busch Gardens is doing something like this. If it is sustained rain (over an hour or so), then you get a free ticket for a future admission. I don't know the paticulars about it, though.
