After 4pm Epcot passes??s

I know I have briefly read or heard something about this. Can you buy this pass for one evening and how much is it?

It's only for Florida residents and it's an annual after 4 pass. I believe some conventions also sell them for their attendees.

I bought one a couple of years ago at a convention. The tickets were for sale at a special table at the convention center.
