I know the original thread I posted was closed, I guess since I didnt want to give 100% details as to why I was wanting to still hear back from WDW Cust service about an incident over Christmas and New Years. I did state it was restraunt related, I just hate to put out all the details cause I know how some people can be, I dont want to get flamed over a true incident I had. I LOVE Disney and such a thing wont stop me from going to WDW, but I felt like someone should have responded to me by now.
Anyways, some ppl suggested I call customer service. I looked and looked for a dining customer service number, of course I could find no such thing. I did find a number posted online that says it will get you to a live person from WDW within minutes, it did. If anyone wants the number it is 407-824-2222, this lady was very kind, I explained that I had emailed and no real response. She forward me onto a gentlemen who then looked up my email correspondence and appologised and sent me to the department that it had been sent to, WDW Claims.? Again, I had another nice lady on the phone who showed that they sent me a letter on January 21st in regards to my experience since they didnt hear from me, they sent another one last Fri. Well, I just recently moved, so I gave them my new address and she is resending it today. Im not looking for any compensation, just a clear explanation and an appology would be nice. I am so happy to hear that my letter did not fall on deaf ears. I dont know what will happen from here, but Im happy already.
Anyways, I hope this doesnt get shut down before the kind people who wrote to me get to read. I do thank you.
