what is an African House Salad?

I do eat chicken salads, caesar, etc - whats on the African House Salad?

It was so awesome, I had it two days in a row. It was last year, so I don't remember everything, but there was chicken in it and it had a really nice tangy, gingery, soy flavor kind of Japanese tasting dressing.
