Aeroplan rewards - Disney tickets

Hi - has anyone used their Aeroplan miles to redeem for Disney tickets? We are thinking of doing this, but all they have are 7 day, and we wanted 10 day. I have looked into upgrading these once we arrive, but the problem is no one at Aeroplan can tell me exactly what I'm getting (they think actual tickets and not a voucher, but they tell me that they will be printed with our travel dates and are valid only then, with no changes permitted). I have talked to guest services at MK and they say they can "probably" upgrade for us, but without seeing the actual ticket, they can't say for sure. Apparently the ticket printed with specific travel dates , expiring at the end of those dates (more specific than just expiring 14 days from 1st use), is very unusual and the CM said Disney prints those types of tickets themselves.

Since Aeroplan doesn't seem to know for sure about these - I thought I'd ask you guys - any experiences? Thanks!
