Advice needed please.
We have been to Florida 8 times but I could really use some help regarding who to book with. My DH and I are looking at going in Sept 2011 to celebrate his 60th birthday. We want to go for 3 weeks. The first week we will drive round staying in cheap hotels booking as we go, the route is just about worked out. We have done this before and had a wonderful time. The 2nd week we want to stay in the Wilderness Lodge, did this last time and loved the resort. The third week we are staying in a villa arranged through a friend that we have stayed in before.
We want to book a package so that we are covered in case the airline or travel company goes broke. Last time we went we travelled with Travel City and were over in Florida went they went bust and we did get brought back because we had booked a package.
My DH has a bad back and he needs to have enough leg room and seat width. Virgin economy is a no-no. Last time we flew Travel City first class which was brilliant and not so expensive. We want to fly direct into Orlando, Tampa or anywhere not to far from Orlando. We need a car and need to book the week in Disney, park tickets and hopefully free dining.
Any help and suggestions gratefully received.
