Advice Question

Advice request. Ok with all the price increase rumors going around. I have an approved 25 point BRV purchase at 120 a point with my desired use year. Do I go forward with this or wait it out for a possible AUL at the same price same points with longer expiration?

They are such different resorts it’s hard to give good advice. However 25 points isn’t going to go very far at Aulani, so I vote stay with BRV.

For 25 points, I would pick BRV over AUL or add on to one of your current home resorts.

Ha ha I know I was looking last year and had a nice subsidized dues accepted at 95 a point. There was too many points on the contract for me though so I let that one go. Kind of kicking myself now. Ha ha

Thanks to everyone. I’m gonna go through with this purchase. Our family loves the resort and restaurants so it is a good fit for us and a decent price at that. Hope it will get through ROFR

Good luck! You'll be even happier with the purchase once the rehab is complete. I think that will happen either late this year or early next.
