Hi in a few weeks we are due to stay at NBC.

I am going to send an email this week to customer services to make a few requests.

Can anyone recommend a floor/room numbers to ask for?
We are staying on Admirals floor, have never stayed in this hotel before so do not know what to expect!
DH uses a walking stick so do not want to have to walk miles before getting to reception! Do not want a disabled room though as hate those special shower rooms hotels have. Also need ajoining rooms as got 3 teenagers with us.

Going to ask if can put DH's medication in fridge if required?

Also if anyone has any recommendations for us to do this stay, eg things not to be missed this year would love to hear them.

Getting really excited now about my birthday and wedding anniversary trip.

Im sure Admirals floor rooms are all on the same floor and are all in the central part of the hotel so not miles to walk

I was under the impression that the Admirals Floor rooms were all in the main part of the building rather than the wings so hopefully not too far from the lifts, and on the higher floor(s). Hopefully someone who's stayed in one can confirm? :)

i would still mention your dh walking issues. dd1 has a minor disability she can only walk small distances. i mentioned this to disney on the phone as they did ask did i want a wheelchair friendly room but i said it wasnt necessary. she made a note on out booking amd we got a well located room in the seqouia
