Advice please

Hi everyone!! I'm just in the beginning stages of planning so I'm trying to do the main things right now. I've booked Randy Chapman for my wedding pictures and have decided to eat at O'Hana afterward. That was a toss up b/c at first I wanted something a little more formal but then I also wanted something that's kid friendly. My daughter is 4 and just her natural voice is loud..ha..that added with a few other children is the reason I opted for O'Hana. My best friend and MOH just confirmed that she is a definete for the wedding. Besides flowergirl she is the only other person standing. Okay here comes my question....my wedding is in November at SBP and my colors will be pink and black...do you all think it would be okay to have her wear a just below the knee black dress being that its November. I want her to be able to wear her dress again if she'd like and who couldn't use a cute black dress?!? I'm also undecided on whether to treat my guests to the Very Merry Christmas Party afterward in MK or a Dessert Party...any suggestions??

Depending on how many guests you have, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party could end up costing almost as much as a Dessert Party, but it seems like the latter would be more intimate. It might be hard to keep everyone together in the craziness of MVMCP.

The black dress idea sounds good to me! Maybe she could have a removeable pink sash, too!

its still warm in november, i got married 11/21/05 and i thought it was warm all day (even when it was pouring down with rain!), then again im from the UK so florida could have an ice age and we'll probably still think its warm!
