I'm heading to Fort Wilderness Feb 11th-16th. Should I get tickets for Disney parks and hang out on the Disney premises, coming and going as we please, or should I just enjoy FW and go off to Universal and Sea World? My daughter is 6 and we have done the Magic Kingdom the past two years and Animal Kingdom last year. Of course she'd do them again. I just don't know where to put my money. My sister and her family were going to join us and do Sea World and Universal, put their plans have changed so that's it just the two of us now. Thoughts.........

I think it would be less hassle to stay put. If I were going to do the Univeral thing, I'd stay at one of the Universal resorts to take advantage of those "front of the line passes."

Well, I must admit I am a disney freak. I go where the mouse calls. But Sea World is fantastic!!!! Universal was ok, but I could do without it. So my vote is get a parkhopper for disney andspend 1 day at Sea World.

For that duration of trip, and given that you have a 6yo, I would just stick with Disney. If you said you were going for two weeks, I might give you a different answer. But with 4 main parks and SO many other things to do, you can more than fill up 6 days--particularly if your arrival and/or departure days are shortened.
