Advice on what day to visit Animal Kingdom

We will be at Disney World from 11/26-12/2. We normally start our vacations at Animal Kingdom, which would be that Sunday 11/26. With Pandora being so popular, would moving our Animal Kingdom day to a weekday, like Friday would be it be any less busy? LOL Or is Animal Kingdom/Pandora just as busy now on weekdays as it is on weekends? If so, I will just leave our days scheduled as I have them now.

I would try to do a mid week day. The crowd level at that time of year will be better. After Thanksgiving until the 3rd week of Dec are generally low crowd levels

Thank you This will be only our 3rd trip, we go every other year. We go this same week every trip. Crowds are definitely low compared to what I've seen in photos from other times of the year. Last time we went in 2015, Pandora was just the floating piece of a rock sculpture in the air LOL We currently have Universal (for harry Potter) set for Wednesday & Thursday that week already. And Tuesday is our Magic Kingdom day with MVMCP that night. I may have to keep Animal Kingdom on our 1st Sunday. I may still move it until Friday, but part of me hates to break a tradition we've started with going there our first day. UGH, I hate decisions LOL
