Advice on ticket purchase

I just wanted to know if anyone knows if you purchase a 4 day hopper if you have to use it within a certain amount of time? I know about the no expiration option once you have used it once.
I bought the 4 day hopper in Jan. 2006 and I want to make sure I can use it next year.

Have you used it yet? If not, your 14 days to use/upgrade starts from the first day you use it. If you have used it already and DO NOT have the No Exp option, you ticket is already expired.
