We are going in the spring....

My Dh & I my 14 year old niece and our 4 kids 9,8,7 & 4

We are going Friday to Friday

I was planning on getting the 6 day base, as I don't think we will have time to hop but can always add it when we get down there! Also considering going to Universal

The pass price difference through AAA for a 4,5,6 is minimal

My Dh & I haven't been since we were kids 2 out of our 4 have been in the last few years but the other 2 have not!!!

Any thoughts? We are staying off site but quite close

Just looking for thoughts on which or how many day passes to get? WWYD?

Thanks

I'd go ahead and make a decision on Universal, so you know how many days you'll be spending at WDW. Depending on crowds, you may be able to finish both Universal Parks in a day; I've done that before, but only in the off-season. You're right about the hopping; I've never bothered with it, and it works out great for my family!

I would err on the side of being proactive. Since the price difference between the 4-6 days is so minimal - get the most days you can afford.

For instance - we always go to visit relatives on the Coast one day of our trip. We will actually get a day to cover that day too (it's currently what? something like $6 for each additional park day per person on the MYW tickets), just in case we decide to go into a park when we get back. If gives us more flexibility to enjoy our vacation!
