Looking for some help from veteran DVC'ers.

Have any of you been to a Caribbean II exchange? Can you please give me some suggestions? Are any of them particulary kid friendly?

My DH and I have 2 DS ages 7 mths & 4yrs, my DS is watching over my shoulder now asking for his turn on the "puter". We are looking for a tropical location to take my MIL to since she has never been to the caribbean before. We would be looking for a 2 bed unit.

Thanks in advance for your help

:bounce: "is it my turn now?"

My first though would be La Cabana in Auba. Though I don't think it's in the league with DVC, overall, it has a lot of activities, water slides and a nice kids club. After that it trails off from this perspecitive. I think the other ones I'd suggest would be the Royals in Cancun (yes it's in the Caribbean), Marriott's Aruba Ocean Club. I must admit I don't have much info from a kids direction so if I were you I'd go to the Timeshare Users Group at TUG and post the question there. A lot of places have great pool areas if that is enough.

I would agree with Dean on the Royals. They have a fantastic pool area. We took our grandkids there when they were 4 and 8. They have lots of activities at the resort for kids. Their favorite was pottery painting. There is a wonderful Aquarium nearby and also a water park. We didn't do the water park as there was so much else to do right at the resort.
