Definitely would need a car for Vero for sure! We rented a car for a few days out of MCO and returned at Disney back in October and it was so pricey.

I emailed our guide to get it going for 50 pts direct at AKL — I think this will be a good solution for us! Thanks for all of the advice, everyone

Nice choice. I love AKL and the styling is similar to Wilderness Lodge plus you get animals! I stayed there during my last two trips and it was so lovely to sit on a savannah view balcony with a coffee (or glass of wine) on a rainy day and watch the animals.
