Advice Needed - MCO to ASMu

Newcomer here but sure have learned alot from reading these boards. We're picking up DD and family and driving to ASMu where we will have already registered. It seems to me from looking at maps that we should be able to go from Greenway 417 to Osceola Pkwy which looks more direct. None of the mapping sites come up with that route. Is it doable or are there no intersections? Since it will be around 9:00PM would like to avoid traffice around Epcot and the more northern section of Buena Vista Dr.
