Advice needed getting from Boma to DD

We have friends traveling with us. Their daughter wanted to go to bibbidy bobbidy boutique. My daughters never went so I didn't know much about it. My friend called last week and couldn't get anything in the castle. All she could get was DD on our arrival night at 6:45. My question is we had a ressie at Boma for5:45. I was able to move it up to 4:50. Do you think they will have time to get to DD if they leave Boma by 5:45? Or should they just plan for a taxi? I have not used taxis while at WDW always use the bus, but also leave with plenty of time for dinner ressie. Any advice?

I would not risk it. What if they just missed the DtD bus and had to wait for the next. Plus a Taxi might make the daughter feel a little more special.

I hope they have plans for after BBB because their daughter might have a hard time sleeping with the hair do they do there.

Do you mean because it won't be comfortable? I thought of that too! She really wanted to do it the next day on our first full day in Magic Kingdom. We are eating lunch at BOG and wanted to be dressed up for that. And dinner at Crystal Palace. I think she will try to leave her hair up or however it is done and hopefully it will still be "ok" for the next day.
My daughters were 11 &12 when we started visiting regularly and never asked to have it done. I think we must not have really known about it.

Generally, it is best to do BBB either early in the day to enjoy all day or prior to go out for the night to enjoy a special evening.

We don't have any special plans that night since we arrive that day. The next day we plan to stay in MK all day and for Wishes and electric parade. I hope that her hair will survive sleeping on it for one night......

Thanks, we will be prepared. I am really excited. First time going with friends. It will be so much fun showing them around and sharing the magic - cant wait!

There are special pillow cases that are very smooth and designed to keep hair nice overnight. Maybe her Mom could pick up one of those and throw it in the suitcase.
