Advice - giving a WDW dinner for Christmas (Cape May?)

I am planning on giving my mother and father a WDW "dinner" for Christmas this year. We are going to WDW in May and will be staying at Beach Club. The Epcot area resorts are new to them and I don't think they have eaten dinner at any of the restaurants around there. I am planning on getting the ADR's for them and then paying for the meal for them. So, any ideas on how to make this work well?

And I am thinking Cape May because it is right at Beach Club. But do you think there is a restaurant that would be better instead? (they are not into "gourmet" meals but prefer "comfort food" ... if that makes any sense).
