Advice for touring CA after EE??

We will be in the parks 5 days June 11-15. All of our mornings are EE at CA except Tuesday which is our only MM morning at DL. We won't arrive until about 10am on Saturday.
Any advice for rope drop at CA after EE? Is the line for Racers FP really long by that point with people from EE waiting for it to open? My kids Love Racers and TSMM! Not fans of TT and only 1/2 will ride Screamin which we can fast pass later.
Also...would you skip MM at DL to start on an even plain at CA on Tuesday?

For rope drop.
The line for Toy Story Midway Mania will not be that bad. Most of the EE guests will be in the RSR line, other Cars Land attractions, or the FP for RSR. Just head to TSMM first then maybe do it twice. Save Screamin for later if you are willing to wait. Then Funwheel, Symphony Swings, Goofy, save mermaid for later it usually has minimal waits all day, then get FP for RSR, ride Soarin, grab FP for World of Color, then close with Grizzly. Btw I would do the same even if DCA had no EE.

Yes I would skip MM at Disneyland. It seems to be much more crowded than DCA's EE. Just make sure you are at the entrance to DL 30 minutes before it opens whichever day you go to Disneyland.

I would absolutely not skip MM at DL. To get the biggest bang for the buck I would get to the queue 40 minutes before MM starts and do PP first and then the other FL rides. That one hour will allow you to get as much done as would take 4-5 hours later in the day.

As for DCA, I agree with the PP. FP RSR and head to TSMM. Screamin does not develop a very long line usually and FPs are not in high demand and this easy to get. It also has Single Rider if only a small part of your group wants to ride it.
