Hello, me and my significant other are taking a Disney World Vacation May 28th - June 4th 2017 as a trip to enjoy the summer and take a break from the hustle of college in Texas. Hook'Em! We will arrive in Florida Sunday May 28th and check into our resort at the Art of Animation Resort and spend the day enjoying the amenities at the resort and prepare for the week. We bought 5 day tickets with the Park Hopper Option. That being said, Monday May 29th - Friday June 4th, we plan to spend these days at the parks. We are both Young Adults, just turned 20! I will greatly appreciate any advice anyone has on which parks to go to, should we spend multiple days at certain parks, and which do you think we will enjoy the most! Thank you!

So far, our plan for the 5 day tickets is below, however I do not know how to incorporate the Park Hopper if we even need it, although I did purchase it.

Monday - Magic Kingdom to start the trip off.
Tuesday - All day at Animal Kingdom.
Wednesday - Hollywood Studios all day.
Thursday - Epcot all day.
Friday - Finish with Magic Kingdom.

And on Saturday - Visit Disney springs.

Any suggestions on rearranging this plan is most appreciated. I know we won't be able to do it all, but we would like to get the most out of our 5 days as possible! We are very excited! Just a month and a half left!

Congrats on your upcoming trip! It sounds like you both are young and likely have a lot of energy! Are you planning on going at rope drop, or sleeping in some? I would definitely plan on hopping back to MK on your HS day and possibly on your AK day. Those parks close early by comparison, so you could still get several hours of touring in at MK those evenings!

Have you booked any ADRs yet? That's usually the reason we park hop, so we can go to a restaurant somewhere else.

We plan on going at rope drop. That defiantly sounds like a good idea. Thanks for that tip! And Yes on Monday we have a reservation at Be Our Guest. Tuesday in Animal Kingdom we have the Tusker House. Then Friday back at Magic Kingdom we have one for Cinderella Castle.

My wife and I have been in your shoes. We're in our mid-20s now. Our first Disney trip was in June 2015 where we got engaged - and we went back a year later for our Honeymoon. Now we're addicts and we're planning a total of 23 days this year.

With Avatar opening, I think you can definitely spend a full day at Animal Kingdom. Keep in mind that even though the park hours aren't fully updated, Avatar will be open until 1am every night this summer.

All said, I think your plan is great. I would consider spending some more time at Epcot on your Hollywood Studios day. There's a walking path and boats between the two parks, so you could easily start Wednesday at Epcot, enjoy a few rides and attractions, and hop over to Hollywood Studios in the afternoon. It's very hard to see everything at Epcot in one day, in my opinion. We also love to spend a lot of time visiting each country pavilion.

Did you or are you planning on booking FP+? Did you purchase your tickets as part of a package with your room? If so, you may want to consider dropping the park hopper option right now if you aren't planning on hopping. You can always add it back on at the resort if you decide to hop. I would also consider adding another day onto your ticket. Disney Springs is not a full-day experience, IMHO. For a nominal amount of money, you could add a park day and either go to a park in the morning and finish the day at DS or vice versa. If you did this, it would give you the chance to re-visit a park you may want to spend more time in. Again, you could make this decision to add a park day once you get to the resort.

I agree with PP - you might want to drop the hopper option cuz according the the schedule you posted you won't be using it anyway. Saves some money & you could eat at resorts instead of inside parks so you may not have to hop. But I also agree with more time at Epcot!! Favorite park!

Gonna be hot and humid.
Bring sunblock and drink some water.
Cups of ice water (filtered.... without florida aftertaste) are available for free at any quick service restaurant.
Bring 2 pairs of broken in walking shoes in case on pair gets wet due to rain

Hi! I just booked a trip for the exact same dates as you. Though I might have to cancel or change them before we go. I went ahead and booked them today with the special offer Fun and Sun since it saved me several hundred dollars over the new summer discounts.
The first thing I would do would be to grab some Fastpasses, especially for Animal Kingdom and Epcot. Go to your MyDisneyExperience and click Fastpasses+.

With Animal Kingdom, you can grab Fastpasses for the new Pandora rides. But they are going fast. You will have to pick between the two new Pandora rides.
I would also grab Fastpasses for your MK days, especially the big rides
