advice for family from age 13 to 81

Hello - hubby and I are taking my entire family to Disneyworld for a week in June- in addition to the 2 of us there will be two 13 year old girls; a 16 year old girl , 81 year old mother and my divorced brother. it's been a tough year for all so we thought this would be a nice break for everyone. we're staying at the Sheraton Vistana resort & I think I got a good deal on two 2 BR villas , the 5 day park hopper passes and mini van rental. I'm going crazy trying to figure out how to keep this as simple as possible yet make sure everyone has a good time. has anyone traveled with teens & elderly who could give me some advice & tips?
