HA! Leanne just described Party for the Senses (part of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival) as "more of an endurance event testing how many calories one can actually consume in a 3-hour period."

Too funny! (And, I wonder if you have to "train" in advance so that you really know how to pace yourself. Hmmm...... Now there's a thought... )

Anyway, she also mentioned that there's more to come -- once she uploads photos from the Gospel Brunch at DTD's House of Blues.

as for notifications, the deadline wasn't until Wed. the 15th, so I don't imagine we will hear until next week.....then the week after next is the phone interviews.

This "gal" (actually, a guy!), is from USA (IN specifically). Also to answer someone else's question, they said that replies for people making it through the 2nd round would be coming out to schedule a phone interview for the week of Monday, October 27. I think that means that notifications will come out before that, the way I read it, but not 100% sure.

I also think we will be notified the week of 10/20. If I remember correctly from last year, those moving onto the third round were notified late in the day on a Friday and a representative set up our interviews over the weekend. Interviews were then conducted the following Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
