I'm back! We lost, but it was a pretty good game and we didn't get slaughtered. Beautiful weather outside, also.

You're right about the driving, teo. I was being so careful and not speeding, tailgating, etc. Not that I was doing that when I got into the accident, but I'm so worried about something else happening and want to control what I can.

Caro--how 'bout "It will all be over soon." Not very good. Or this one from Law and Order "I am a rock in a sea of trouble." More creative but still not fun. What can I say, tonight I lead my middle school girls group and they sap everything I've got. Two more weeks. Thank you God.

Evening all. I just dropped DH off at the airport. I think I'm numb. I cried almost the whole way home. I swear, it rips another piece of my heart out every time we leave each other like this.

How long will he be over there this time? How much longer does he have on his contract? Were here for you, just remember that.

His end of contract is the beginning of August. After that, he'll be home for around a month and a half and then he'll begin another year-long contract (coming home every 4 months or so for an R&R). He'll probably be working these contracts for another year or two. Then maybe we can really settle down.

I know you guys are here for me, and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. Thanks for all the hugs.
