I have a 14 yo, I can sympathize. She's not overly sassy but she has decided she doesn't have to do any chores I tell her to do. Saturday morning before I left for work (all overtime) I left her a list, since she was sitting home all day. She just did about half of it, and we had a showdown. 2 other times last week I told her to do something and look up and she's in her room. You would think she would be smart enough to know I am a monster by April, I haven't had a weekend off since January.

Back from baseball already....we won due to the mercy rule. Found out some very sad news about a family I used to know. Their son used to play baseball with Zach and their teen DD had a baby about a year ago (she was a little older than Ben I think, so would have been maybe 17yo when she had the baby. The baby died from SIDS. So tragic.
