I survived the day!

aren't you just Little Susie Homemaker recently! I'll take some pineapple upside down cake, please!I made a pineapple upside down cake and it's really good...not that I know, of course, but I needed to trim the cake so it would fit in the pan better, so was forced into tasting it.
I'm going to have a drink or 5...talk to you all later.
Poor V! I don't blame you for laughing though! You've been really into baking lately, huh? You're making me HUNGRY.
Hellloo all. Well, we all survived another holiday with my family! Actually, it was pretty nice and pleasant.
And then we went to DH's side, and that was lovely too!
Then, we came home, and I was getting V ready for her bath, and we do the same little routine every night. I tell her it's bath time, she replies, "Baaa?" and we go to the changing table, strip her down, and she does a nekkid crawl to the bathroom. Well, tonight, she was crawling into the bathroom, stops, and stands up. I looked back (I was already at the tub starting the water), and I saw her stand up, but I turned back around.
Then I hear water hitting the floor. Greeeaaat. She's peeing. And looking down at her "stream" with the funniest, most puzzled look, like, "That's coming out of me?!" Then....
She takes a step, because I guess it spooked her a little, and she slips in her now large pee puddle and completely soaks herself. At which point, I amto the point of tears. BAD mommy. But I couldn't help myself. It was too funny.
She didn't even cry- she was just shocked. And soaked. Along with my floor and the little rug in front of the toilet.![]()
At least she was en route to the tub, I guess.
You'll have to hurry for the pineapple upside down cake. Two of my kids loved it (and one liked it and little guy hasn't been eating sweets since he got sick) and it's almost gone. I'm sure the rest will be finished by breakfast. Do I need to make that in May, also? You'd better actually be coming to the house since I can't cart all these desserts all over the place.
Hey, it was worth a try! Kelly said she'd take her, but I had to take her 12yo!Oops, sorry Caro...I didn't have my cell on me like I usually do. Generous offer my foot! I told you I'd take the 9yo for a week, not the 14yo for a lifetime. You'll have to hurry for the pineapple upside down cake. BTW, little guy is feeling better today. Has some cold symptoms now, but his fever is down. We're planning on going to Kings Dominion on Tuesday, so I really hope he's better tomorrow.
Just took migraine meds...I hate these headaches!

Glad to her the little guy is feeling better! Kathryn said 'oh good!' too!
We'll have a car in May, so maybe we better come to your house for yummy desserts!
hmm, serious? We don't have a hotel yet. Even the 14yo? (Though technically she isn't 14 for another 14 hours and 14 minutes!)You're invited! You can even sleep here.![]()

Now there's a thought!Of course I'm serious. If you want we can put the 14yo at the neighbor's house.![]()

Classic!!!!
Write that one down so that you don't forget it for future embarrassment potential!
Morning!
I'm going to be funning errands all day today Angel, did anyone else agree to do the riddle? I can post one, but the TUs would be super spotty.
Pssst, come closer...don't tell the Tag Fairy but I ran out of toilet paper last night.![]()
Guess, I'll have to grab that family towel until I get to the store.

Teva my friend, I love you dearly, but that is a flagrant violation of the TMI code.
