Andy behaved!~

volleyball.... the first time she broke her right hand it was volleyball...the second time she fell off a recliner to the side and caught her self and it was her right hand again this time its the left...goofy klutzy kid

I did try, had the most vivd horrible nightmares you can imagine. But, I will give it a go again if need be. I have wellburin, and will try that for now.

I used bendy straws when I quit....worked for me.

I had an Aunt that would brush her teeth whenever she'd get a craving. She had the prettiest teeth ever!

I figure I'll quit eventually. But for now, I enjoy it too much.

For some reason, they had to be bendy straws...I'd fiddle with them and it would give my hands something to do and then I'd chew on them when I got a craving. I'd smoked for ten years...pack and a half a day or so....quit cold turkey with just the bendy straws.
