Advanced notice???

Hey Guys..
I'm leaving in 6 days for Ft. Wilderness.
Heading up with another family and we have 2 sites reserved for both our pop-ups...

Question: When should I fax Ft. Wilderness a letter about site preference and getting 2 sites together..
..and does anyone know what to put in the letter and
finally..does anyone have the fax number?

I have never faxed a letter. I usually just call.

But I do it 4 days before I arrive. I've tried earily and every time have been instructed to call back with the 4 days of our arrival because they don't assign the sites until then.

I usually just call like I said and say that I'm double checking on my reservations and just want to go over the requests again with them to make sure they are in order. I always am very friendly, chit-chat....how's the weather, looking forward to coming in, that sort of thing.

In the past 5 years, it has always been a nice gentlemen named John!
