Advanced DAS selections while at WDW if it falls within the 2-30 days prior window?

Being that I live on the west coast, and having a son with autism, getting up at 4:00am and having my son waiting for an unknown amount of time and possibly for multiple days for an online interview seems, well, impossible. How it's being done is just just so daunting and inefficient. Especially for those with special needs. I wish we could make a call back appointment to avoid the endless waiting of an unknown amount of time. It seems like it would be such an easy solution.

I was just curious...if we waited to get his DAS on our first park day of a 7 day trip, could we make 2 advanced attraction selections for days 3-7 with the CM since it would be between 2-30 days in advance of when we visit on those days?

The actual verbiage on the website says preselected ride reservations are for advance registration of DAS only. YMMV.

No, it specifically states on the Disney website you can only get Advanced Selections if you pre register virtually. That’s the perk of the virtual pre registration. Sorry about that.

To be fair, I don’t personally see the Advanced Selection as that much of a perk, and if you find the virtual registration to be a hassle, I don’t think you are missing out on much by forgoing it.

On the other hand, I registered virtually for DAS, and while it was annoying, I thought it was worth it. Also I didn’t have to get up at 7 am EST to register for my pass, I logged into the chat in the evenings!
