I plan on going to the parks on 23rd July and want to purchase lightning lane. I am staying at a Disney Resort on 22nd but check out on 23rd. Will I be able to book lightning lanes 7 days in advance for the 23rd?

You will be able to book LLs for July 22, and 23 with just a single night stay.

Yes. Assuming you're checking in to your Disney resort on the 22nd, you can book and buy your lightning lane reservations at 7:00 A.M. Eastern time on July 15.
