Enjoy your adult excursion Minnimama. A few of my favorite activities when at WDW alone or with my lovely bride are:
1. Sunset at the California Grill. They have comfy chairs by the west windows, where you can share a bottle of good wine and watch the sun go down and the lights of the MK come up. Very civilized.
2. An evening at the Adventurer's Club. Arrive a bit before 8 and stay as long as you like. Skits take place 2 or 3 times an hour, and there is ongoing improvisational interaction between CM's and the new "members." Kungaloosh!
3. Sitting in the hot tub in the quiet pool area. Avoid the active pools, go straight to the quiet pool, and you're likely to have the tub to yourself.
4. A nice dinner. Make a PS at one of the good restaurants (Spoodles, Narcosees, California Grill, Flying Fish, and if you want to splurge Victoria and Alberts). Warning, this will ruin Disney mass-dining forever for you.
5. An evening stroll through the Downtown Disney, Pleasure Island, Westside complex. Shop, eat, relax, and enjoy.
In the words of Julie Andrews, "these are a few of my favorite things." Have fun.
