DH is not a big dessert eater and has been eating more healthy lately. As much as I like sweets, I find the counter service desserts tiresome as well. The exceptions for us would be Starring Rolls , Sunshine Seasons, Kringla Bakeri Og Cafe & Boulangerie Patisserie.

We will be on the QSDP for the first three days of our trip and were wondering if QS substitutions were still allowed for a bag of kids fruit or carrots and sometimes even bottled water.

I've read on this board that folks have been successful in substituting their adult QS dessert and am interested in some recent experiences.

You can definitely get a bottle of water as a substitute.

As for exchanging for fruit, just depends on the restauant.

Most places do have a sugar free option, that is a choice as well.

Yes, we just did the QSDP for two weeks and found a bottle of water was not a problem anywhere we asked. The fruit thing depended on the cm. One night at Pecos Bills I got grapes with no problem, went back there a few nights later and they wouldn't let me do it. So I got a water bottle.
