This seems like a silly questions but...
Are adults technically allowed to order kid's meals at counter-service restaraunts?

In the past I have, but always when ordering a grouping of items. As a solo traveler, I was wondering if this would still be permitted. I find that I have a small appetite, and adult's meals are often too big! I know that the DDP allows adults to order kids quick-service as a credit, and I just wanted to clarify that w/o the plan I can still do this?

Thanks in advance!

Sure you can. Lots of adults buy kids meals without having the kid in line with them...how would they know you don't have a kid around the corner with the other parent or something. Don't think anyone will question you at all.:thumbsup2

My sister does this all the time. She has a small appetite and it ends up being the perfect size for her..

Yes. They will not ask you to prove you are buying a CS child's meal for a child. The kids meals make good snacks (the term "snack" is not used here in conjunction with DDP - you can't get a kids meal for a snack credit)
